This Shipping Policy describes how orders are processed and delivered by Skypath Studios (operating under the trade name Botanico, referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

In case of high order volume, processing may be slightly delayed. Customers will be informed in such cases.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other locations: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or regional restrictions.

3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders across India. There are no hidden fees or additional handling charges added to your purchase.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

You can use this tracking ID to monitor your order status.

5. Delivery Issues

In case of any delivery-related issues:

  • Incorrect address provided

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Package marked as delivered but not received

Please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

6. Delays and Exceptions

While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Logistics disruptions

  • High demand periods

  • Remote or restricted locations

Botanico is not liable for delays caused after the order has been dispatched.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or videos as proof

We will review the case and provide a replacement if eligible.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
